Hi folks.
I’ve been pretty poor at keeping the website updated – sorry. We had our 15th anniversary on 29th March, and celebrated accordingly at Eiscafé Pìu on the island. We had an international buffet, mini quiz and lovely birthday cake but I’m ashamed to say that I completely forgot to put anything about it on this page….. slapped wrists all round.
Anyway, I hope that you will be able to join us at our next get-together, which is on Saturday, 13th April at the Schloß Hotel in Wasserburg, from 11am onwards. We have tables booked outside if it’s sunny and warm, but if the weather reports prove correct and it is cloudy and cold, then we will be inside in the new conservatory, overlooking the water. If you want to come by public transport, the train station is about a mile away, with a pleasant walk down through the village towards the harbour. If you come by car, there’s a small car park at the hotel, but if this is full, there’s a bigger car park halfway down Halbinselstrasse on the right hand side. Maybe some of you will be hopping on bikes and making a nice cycle ride out of it. Both Natalie (organiser of the Coffee-Club) and I hope to see lots of you!
