I have booked the venue for our next meeting, right at the end of the month on Friday, 31st May. We are having our very first foray into the open air this year (weather permitting!) in the beer garden of Gasthof Köchlin (www.hotel-koechlin.de), Kemptener Str. 41, Lindau from 8pm onwards. If the weather is inclement, then we’ll be indoors, but fingers crossed that it’ll be fine – please bring something warm to put on when it gets late though. For those of you who don’t know how to reach Gasthof Köchlin, you can reach it easily using the Lindau Stadtbus (route number 1, bus stop “Köchlin”). For those coming by car, if you leave the roundabout by the Lindaupark shopping centre, drive along Kemptener Strasse, past the ÖMV petrol station, following the road as it bends left, you will find Gasthof Köchlin at the traffic lights on the left hand side. There is a large car park around the back (turn left at the lights and then left again). They have a good menu if you want to eat.
